Wet Blasting
Wet abrasive blasting utilizes water to propel abrasives. This method offers several advantages, including dust suppression by trapping airborne particles and providing surface lubrication. Additionally, the water minimizes impact force, thereby reducing the risk of removing intact material.
Dry Blasting
Dry blasting, also referred to as abrasive blasting, is a broad term describing the process of smoothing, shaping, and cleaning a hard surface by propelling dry solid particles at high speeds across it such as Starblast, Soda Blast, Glass Beads, Walnut Shells, plastic Media and Black Beauty.
ID Blasting
Inner Diameter ( ID ) Blasting is the process of cleaning or preparing the inside surface of a pipe, the “inner diameter” (ID), using specialized equipment to direct a stream of abrasive material to reach the entire internal area of the pipe, typically using compressed air to propel the abrasive particles This process removes rust or other contaminants and prepares the inside of pipes before applying coatings or for surface modifications
